Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically to the 48 contiguous US states.  At the present time, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.   We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Most in stock orders ship within 5 business days of order placement.  Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking information for your parcel.  

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of check out. 

Due to COVID-19 related factors and carrier shipping issues that are beyond our control, please expect some delays in processing and shipping times.   


We understand that sometimes plans change, so cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of order placement and prior to shipment.  To cancel your order, please send an email to Customer Service with the subject line “Order Cancellation”. 

Quality Control

Many of our products are handmade using traditional techniques and natural materials.  Slight variations in color, finish, shape and size are expected, and are intrinsic to the beauty of your one of a kind pieces. If you have a concern about the quality of your products, please email our Customer Service team. 

Damages, Returns and Exchanges

While we do our best to deliver our collections to you in perfect condition, sometimes damages do occur during the shipping process.  Please inspect your items upon receipt.  If any of your items arrive damaged, please contact Customer Service directly via email within 48 hours of delivery and include a picture of the damaged product.   

It is the customer’s responsibility to accurately measure their space and account for collection sizing before placing their order. All collection specifications can be found on the product page for each collection.  Our customer service team will answer any additional questions. 

Our collections are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  If you have any concerns with your products please contact Customer Service at We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
